Through our affiliation (as a franchisee) with HomeVestors of America - America's #1 Home Buyer - we identify underutilized properties, purchase them from distressed sellers, renovate them to high standards, and either rent or resell them. This allows us to serve homeowners in need, revitalize neighborhoods and communities, while ensuring our investors receive secure and high returns on their investments.
